It saddened me to hear of your passing. I enjoyed your "voice of reason" over the years, the consultations I had with you, and your free spirit. May that spirit continue to soar free in holy spheres.

To Susan, children, and grandchildren,

It is said that when someone passes, that we grieve for ourselves because he that left us behind is in a better place. Nevertheless, that grief is real. May God's peace and comfort abide with you now and always. Just think of the joyous reunion you'll experience in the future when God calls you home and you walk through the veil of forgetfulness.

Every time I came here to post a note, I cried and could not. The journey has been long, and although potentially our work is DNA programmed, we would not have changed this trip for anything. It took some time for me...now I can speak. I knew I had really found someone that knew the truth (of the matrix) back in the late 90's in Truth Warrior (TW). He was truly a 'brother' for me as I bugged him daily for info... I called him "p sahib". I was amazed how often he responded to me unfazed...I know he loved for me (and us all) and I (we) loved him. One of a few 'true' friends for me in my life time. I guess I'll just have to meet you now on the other side. I owe you my eternal love and gratitude.

I am so sorry for your loss. Poof was such an outgoing person, unwathering, and out to help as many people as he could to understand the truth. He was a ray of light that never stopped shining. He reminds me of my father which I lost because of a hospital infection(mersa). It was supposed to be a simple procedure. I feel for you and know the pain, but I know they are both in a better place in heaven without pain and looking down upon us to make sure we are safe and carry on the legacy that made them who they are. Every now and again, I do a web search for a friend that I lost contact with. James was a 1970 graduate of AAHS, 1st wife was Nancy Fisher. Son of Lily and Raymond Grant Holmes. Since the birthday on this obituary was Aug. 13th, 1952, I am afraid that my friend has passed. I lost saw him in Altoona, Pa in the early 1980's. I am so sorry that he passed so young. We met when we worked at Sears back in the 1970's. Lynn Otto

Deepest sympathies--I was surprised to hear that James had died so young, and so close! So close...I had no idea...that the person whose updates I'd been following with such hope (thank you for hope!) was in my own town. The Cherokee, I think, used to say that our Appalachian Mountains had "Grandmother energy" in them--sheltering, nurturing, and strong, filled with old wisdom. I know that Poof is ever here among us, until this thing is through...I still believe we will all meet again. Strength and blessings to you, Susan, in carrying on through this time.

I greatly looked forward to reading Poof's articles and enjoyed his wit and humor. I will always remember how he lived in this dimension. When darkness seemed to be overwhelming, he gave us insight on the big picture and those working behind the scenes from the rafters. I caught the one interview with Brian before it was taken down from YouTube and followed his posts with great anticipation...like getting a cool postcard from a dear friend each time. I liked how he seemed to be a child of the 60's, earthy crunchy and full of great stories you would hear near a campfire with close friends with special secrets. Please know that although only knew James through his moniker "Poof", his energy that he so lovingly and freely offered through the e-mailings were received as a beacon of hope and light by me, my wife, here in Las Vegas, and my daughter in Australia! I once took Poof up on his offer for a phone consultation, about three years ago.
Speaking to him, hearing the intelligence, integrity and genuine caring in his voice anchored a certainty into my very being as to the legitimacy of this mysterious program that so many of us have invested so much of ourselves into for so very long.

It is sobering to learn that Poof has literally now done what his name always conjured in my mind - disappeared from this realm! Now, as disbursement seems imminent, his departure seems amazingly poignant, ironic and bittersweet. What is important here in this world?? How do we spend our time?? What is there for us to realize, and to learn.....

All there is is now, folks. Life is a precious miracle. We are divine creations, and all is always perfect, no matter the details of our personal experience. We have profound dreams and ideas of what should be so... and yet, things don't really seem to go the way we expect. Best, I think, to savor the blessing of each instant we are fortunate enough to exist. I know that Poof dedicated himself to what he so clearly and passionately believed in... I have looked forward to Poof's Sunday messages for years. I always had a dream that after the changes, I would wander down to a tropical beach and share an umbrella drink, listen to music, and celebrate the new world with him.

I, as were so very many others, was shocked to hear of Poof's passing. Such sadness welled up in my heart, and unhindered tears flowed for a man whose weekly messages meant so much to those of us trying to navigate this monumental change in history. While we tried to maintain some semblance of sanity, Poof was a beacon of light through all the craziness that seemingly prevailed about us. My immediate family was so saddened by the loss of Poof. He brought such joy to us on our sunday afternoon. For the last couple of years, ever since a lot of the other information was too negative, your Poof gave us encouragement that we will be able to help others around this planet, and he made us believe that just maybe the time was about here. After the interview with Brian we felt such hope, and i wrote about a counsult, but I'm not sure what i would've asked. I guess it's really just about being part of the whole-the solution. Although our hearts are heavy during such times of loss, I cant help but
know that our dear friend "Poof" is the fortunate one for it is he who is
experiencing home.  He is back in the arms of our Creator & basking

I have never actually met James or perhaps I should say Poof. Poof was always there with his constant words of encouragement week after week with nothing else there to quench my thirst for some type of information. I was sad beyond words when I heard of James's passing. I had only communicated with him via e-mail years ago and appreciated his replies. I truly respected the man for what he has done for so many so faithfully. All of us looked forward to his weekly message, at times hard to grasp until reread a few times, but that was his style that we all grew to love and to understand them.

To simply say he will be missed is a gross under statement. I don't have the words to express just how much his loss is to all of us. He was family. We know he is in a better place but that doesn't lessen his loss, we will miss him greatly and Heaven is a better place with him there.

I send my deepest condolences to his family who must carry on with him still forever in their hearts and with loving memories of him. May God bless you and sustain you in this most difficult time. Please know that you are in my prayers for comfort and strength.

Poof (James) and I had a few personal email exchanges and he would always talk about - as soon as his "duties" as a spokesperson was no longer needed that he was beaches bound and we always talked about sipping on exotic drinks with little umbrellas together when that happened. And Oh how i cherished the thoughts of doing that with him. He was totally responsible and exceptionally discreet and so many of us appreciated that about him. (But I'd be willing to say that if & when the time called for it he would speak the absolute truth right to your face and never blink an eye !) I send my deepest sympathies to the family.  I mean that.  This has be shocking to us all, so I can not even imagine what the close friends and family feel.
It is kind of unbelievable to me; I really felt sorrow and shock when I read of this happening.
Every Sunday, Poof's message was a little gift.  Some days I doubted everything because of the length of time and my own needs/wants/dreams; but I would read Poof's message and it was good--very good.  I am so saddened that this happened before he saw the physical fruits of his labors, but I am sure that whatever is happening in the spiritual world to him right now makes anything here seem insignificant anyway. Kind of like the story of Moses and the Promised Land.
Thank you for sharing the vision.  I am just a stranger, but I miss him too.

I think it was the first or second time we spoke that you associated me with a Ray Stevens song that had pascagoula squirrel in the lyrics. I have never forgotten that and occasionally when The radio plays that song, I always think of you. I think of you when my brain is focused on something that happened in the past that needs clarity because you always had the answer and brought balance back into my life. You left a hole in my heart and look forward to the day we meet again.   I am blessed to have so many email conversations, I know I lost a great pen pal and history teacher.  After many emails we were finally able to converse on the phone.

Fortunately not like many I wa informed regarding your health and I always made time to pray, but sometimes prayer is not enough as you were being called since you provided all you could do to keep the masses in line.

You will be missed by thousands who knew you and read your every Sunday update.  When I first heard of your passing I didn't want to believe it and thought the Character had played out his part, and when I heard early morning you vanished I knew I could no longer be in denial.

I learned allot about this saga and many history lessons we had, I am so blessed to know you and looked forward to sharing the drink on the beach with you.

Like many others, I knew him as 'Poof'.  His weekly messages brought hope and encouragement - and faith in a process which otherwise seemed totally bewildering.  I eagerly awaited his update each Sunday evening, scripted in his own unique style, a blend of humour, fun, clarity, compassion, puzzles and straight talk. Once I had read 'Poof' a feeling of 'all will be well' would return for a few days.

Even though I knew him only via the internet, I will miss him so very much.  I cannot imagine how his nearest and dearest must be feeling.  My heart goes out to all of them.

Poof's dedication to service touched many, many lives and uplifted many weary travellers.  I join my hands and bow down to you, Poof, in gratitude and respect.

I am so sorry his time came so soon, but I also have no doubt that his spirit will still be with us and that he will be doing all he can from the other side to make sure that a just world is established and the 'little people' receive everything they deserve.

Just want to say how much we will all miss Poof and his weekly updates. It is hard to believe we were so close and Poof as well as Tommy had to leave us before the final show down. May peace be with all of his family and friends. Even though I never had the pleasure of meeting Poof in person I felt that I knew him and considered him a friend. He will be missed by all.

For all the years I have read your letters, waiting with anxious anticipation, can't believe you have crossed . I know my sisters were with the people to greet you ,we all enjoyed your updates, before they decided to leave it to me.And now you can see it all, happy to be free of these earthly woes.
