William "Bill" Dabney Miller Jr.

William Dabney Miller Jr. “Bill”, 87, passed away on December 4, 2024, at Autumn Care in Saluda, NC.

Bill was born on March 16, 1937, in Spartanburg, SC to the late William Dabney Miller and Geraldine Ballenger Miller. In addition to his parents, Bill was also preceded in death by his sister, Jeannine Miller.

Bill attended Wofford College and proudly served in the United States Air Force Reserves. Bill owned his own film production firm and worked many years in the hospitality industry in North and South Carolina. He also loved dogs, traveling, the outdoors, hunting, camping, golfing, gardening and cooking.

Surviving Bill are his sons, William D. Miller III, “Trip” (Michele) of Acworth, GA; Scott C. Miller (Lesley) of Ramsgate, UK; Tyce B. Miller (Kathy) of Ponte Vedra, FL; grandchildren, Matthew (Stephanie), Sarah, Lily, Harrison, and Grace.

The family will hold a private burial at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Spartanburg, SC.
