William "Bill" Talbert Flynn Jr.

William Talbert “Bill” Flynn Jr., 65, of Fairview, NC passed away August 31, 2021 at the CarePartners Solace Center in Asheville, NC.

William was born in Buncombe Co. on August 15, 1956. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Helen Whitaker Flynn.

William worked as a custodian at A.C. Reynolds Middle School. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his “Peeps” (grandchildren).

Surviving William is his father, William Talbert Flynn Sr.; his daughters, Cassie Manley (Charlie) of Fairview, NC, Amber Brown (Patrick) of Hendersonville, NC, Kim Foster of Hendersonville, NC; sister, Gail Keever of Fairview, NC; brothers. Carson Flynn of Fairview, NC, Gary Flynn of Fairview, NC; granddaughters, Makayla Manley of Fairview, NC, Kyndell Manley of Fairview, NC; and grandson, Cooper Foster of Fairview, NC.

Services will be held 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Old Fairview Sharon Church, 291 Sharon RD, Fairview, NC 28730 with James T. Smith officiating. A special thanks to all his peeps at KD’s One Stop. He loved y’all dearly.
