William Andrew Flanagan

William Andrew “Bill” Flanagan II, 48, of Leicester, NC, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2024, unexpectedly at home in the presence of his beloved mom.

William was born January 29, 1976. He is preceded in death by his father, William Andrew Flanagan; brother, Jason Edward Flanagan; grandfather, William Edward Flanagan; and grandmother, Phyllis J. Lamp.

William graduated from Clyde A. Erwin Highschool and AB Tech. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and taking care of his mom.

Surviving William is his mother, Shirley Kay Kimble of Leicester, NC; daughters, Hannah Marie Flanagan of Asheville, NC, Havvan Grace Flanagan of Monroe, NC; sister, Theresa Shelton, of Leicester, NC; granddaughter, Aviana Grimes of Asheville, NC; grandson, Micah Grimes of Asheville, NC; brother- in-law, Dana Shelton of Leicester, NC; nephew, Aydan Shelton of Leicester, NC; best friends, Chris Travaglini, and David Rich.
