Fletcher, NC – Tonia Renee Bradley Jackson, 45, passed away on April 23, 2026, at Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville.
A native of Asheville, she was the daughter of Mary Kay Peek Bradley and the late Robert Ned Bradley. In addition to her father, she is also preceded in death by her grandparents, Ben and Maude Peek, and Robert and Leona Bradley; as well as several beloved aunts and uncles: Lillie Jones, Jeanette Halford, Bob Peek, Eugene Peek, Donald “Bud” Bradley, Ted Bradley, Kay Peek, Jane Peek, and Bill McCurry.
Tonia was a student at T.C. Roberson High School and spent her professional career working with Valiant Construction. Outside of work, she was a member of the Oak Grove Christian Church. She had a passion for sports and was notably involved in Women’s Professional Tackle Football.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 20 years, Cody Lee Jackson, and their daughter, Cassidy Hope Jackson, both of Fletcher. She also leaves behind her mother, Mary Kay Bradley of Arden; her brother, Jamie Bradley (Ann) of Arden; and her nephew, Trent Bradley. Tonia is further survived by her uncles, Junior Peek, Ricky Bradley (Sherri) and Leonard Peek; her aunts, Jane Williams and Judy McCurry; and a niece, Makala Hargus (Cory).
A memorial service will be officiated by Pastor Archie L. Gilmer. In lieu of traditional memorials, the family requests that flowers be sent to Oak Grove Christian Church.
