Tina was born October 14, 1974 in Brevard, NC. She is preceded in death by her father, Michael Richard “Mickey” Middleton Sr.

She is survived by her mother, Cathy Caputo; son, Kaleb O’Dea; daughter, Faith O’Dea; brother, Tom Caputo; and uncle, Steve Wilson.
