Thomas “Chip” Maslowski passed away on April 17th, 2025 at Elizabeth House Hospice Care in Flat Rock, NC.
He was born April 11th, 1947, to the late Thaddeus and Veronica Maslowski in Lockport, NY where he lived until moving to North Carolina in 1985. He earned his business degree from SUNY Buffalo. Chip was an exceptional athlete as a young man, and sports of all types remained a life-long interest and passion. He was an avid reader often with multiple books in progress at any given time. He will be remembered for his quick wit and curiosity on a wide range of topics.
In addition to his parents, Chip was preceded in death by a brother, Michael.
He is survived by Colleen Maslowski, to whom he was married over forty years; children, Curt Maslowski (Teresa) of Lockport, New York, Alec Maslowski of Lockport, New York, Matthew Maslowski of Vancouver, Washington, and Andrea Craven (Blair) of Hendersonville, North Carolina; and brother, Andrew Maslowski of Columbus, Ohio. He was a very proud Papa to his 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
