Terry Luther Lanning

Terry Luther Lanning entered Heaven on July 2, 2025.  She was a resident of Woodfin, NC for the past 35 years.  She was 51 years old.  Terry was born in 1973 in Sacramento, CA, on September 3rd.  She is survived by her husband, Wayne Lanning. Sons, Timothy of Asheville, NC, and Dalton of Fort Bragg, NC.  She is also survived by her mother, Sadie Bagwell, brother Michael Bartrum, and sister Kim Dellinger. She was preceded in death by her son, Adam Lanning and her father, Michael Luther.

Terry is also survived by numerous family members, including nieces, nephews and in-laws, aunts and uncles.  She was also survived by her best friend, her dog, Momo, whom she called her baby.  Terry will be missed by all those who loved her.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
