Sylvia Phillips

Sylvia Phillips passed away on April 28, 2024 at the age of 87 at home with her daughter by her side.  She is survived by her three children: Stephen, Evelyn and Scott.  Sylvia grew up in Manassas, Virginia.  She recently moved from Colorado to the Asheville area of North Carolina.  Sylvia will be remembered for her kindness and as a loving mother.  Her interests and passions included a love of gardening and flower arranging, baking, reading mystery novels and working crossword puzzles.  She also enjoyed traveling, including visits to many of the national parks over the years.  In honor of Sylvia’s wishes there are no services planned.
