Sarah “Betty” Elizabeth Holmes Chick, 96, of Fairview, NC passed away at her home on August 27, 2024. She was born on December 1, 1927 to the late Harold Mathias Holmes and Pearl Idell Brewster Holmes. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her spouse, Philip P. Chick Jr.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Kitty Lynch (Bill); sons, Terry Chick and Kevin Chick (Marcia); grandchildren, Nathan Lynch, Rebecca Lynch, Erin Kreisman (Todd), Brendan Chick (Lacey); and great grandchildren, Oliver and Sully.
