Richard Ray Minish

Richard Ray “Rickey” Minish, 62, of Asheville, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021 at his home. Richard is preceded in death by his father, Harris Ray Minish; mother, Doris Nadine Austin Minish; brother, William Robert Minish; sisters, Margaret Patricia Luther, and Pamela Ray White. Rickey, as he was known to friends and family, had a tremendous love for his family and animals. He leaves behind many fur babies who will miss him as well. The family will not be recieving family or friends for visitation, so all condolences should go through contact with Elaine, or Lynette or the funeral home. Surviving Richard is his loving wife of 44 years, Dorothy Elaine Wyatt Minish; daughters, Mary Lynette Gillis (Johnny) of Asheville, NC, Crystal Deanine Sequoyah (Adam) of Asheville, NC; sons, Richard Vernon Minish (Rachel), of Asheville, NC, Patrick Aaron Minish of Lebanon, NH; brother, Larry Vernon Minish, of NC; grandchildren, Patricia Lynn Gillis, Johnny Edward Gillis Jr., Skyler Anthony Minish, Autumn Ray Minish, Hayden Alyssa Sequoyah, Halle Audrey Sequoyah, all of Asheville, NC and Isabell Marie and Patrick Alexander, both of North Adams, MA.
