Raymond Harold Bullman, 66, passed away peacefully at his home on January 20, 2026. A native of Asheville, Raymond was born on July 22, 1959, to Georgia Loretta Thomas Arrowood and Raymond Bullman.
Raymond was a dedicated employee of Thermo Fisher Scientific for 41 years, where he deeply valued his "work family." Beyond his professional life, he was a man of diverse passions. He felt most at home helping his neighbors by mowing and weed eating in his neighborhood. He also loved going to the beach where he would walk along the sand. He loved going to the thrift store, flea market and he was avid collector of some antiques, so he found great joy in the history and craftsmanship of antiques. Above all, Raymond’s heart belonged to his family and his many dear friends.
Raymond was preceded in death by his mother and father and his brothers, James L. Thomas and Henry D. Thomas.
He is survived by his sister, Debbie Stamey (Greg) of Sebring, FL. Raymond is survived by several nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory. Raymond had a special lady he worked with whom he shared many laughs with Maddie of Burnsville, NC. He also had 3 ladies that also was special to him for they were his family Revia Thomas of Weaverville, Cindy Berresford and Angela Ball of Sebring, FL. and Laverne Smith of Newville, PA.
A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
