Patricia Ann McAlum

Patricia Ann McAlum, 78, of Marion, NC, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2025 at Autumn Care of Saluda.

Patricia was born on February 10, 1946 to the late Elbert Timothy Roberson and Nell Grace Brown Newman. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Smith.

Surviving Patricia are her children, Richard Timothy McAlum (Cinda) and Lucinda Deanna Jordan (Fred); sister, Deloris Martin; grandchildren, Amber Baughman (Brandon), Ashlie McAlum (James), Chris Carter (Keely), Courtney McAlum, and Adam Jordan; and 8 great grandchildren.

Patricia loved God, singing, sewing and ironing clothes. She also loved going to yard sells, thrift stores, and flea markets.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

The family requests any donations be made to breast cancer or brain cancer awareness or to buying someone a Gideon Bible.
