Pam Surrett

Pam Surrett, 63, of Fairview, NC passed away on September 10th, 2023 She was preceded in death by her loving parents, John and Betty Towe, and by her beloved sons, Brian and Brandon Surrett. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Michael Surrett; sisters Sharon Murray and Susan Towe; nieces Lindsay Murray, Claudine Brown (Brad) and Candace Young (Jay); great-nieces Lyriq Menafee, Farrah Menafee and Lauren Young; great-nephews Stefahn Menafee, Cade Young and Chase Brown. Pam was born on April 20th, 1960 in Asheville, NC and was a graduate of TC Roberson High School. Pam adored her family and not a day went by without her calling to check in and sometimes even multiple times a day! She loved to watch cooking shows and look up new recipes. She loved being in the kitchen trying something new to bring to the family dinner. Her dog, Max, meant the world to her and she never missed an opportunity to spoil him. Pam’s best attribute was the ability to make you laugh in any situation. She had a contagious laugh that was unforgettable. She knew how to tell a story and without fail you would be in hysterics before the end. We will forever remember her smile. She spent a wonderful 43 years with her husband Mike whom she never wanted to leave her side. He was her person, her other half. She didn't want to go through life without him. Most importantly, Pam loved her boys. They held her heart and her family rejoices in knowing that her spirit has been reunited with them. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Revelation 21:4 “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, not crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”
