Morgan George “EB” Maez “Eaglebear”, 73, of Asheville passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. Born February 27, 1950 in Dragerton, UT, he was a son of the late Joe and Floripa Maez. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings, Martin E. Maez, Press J. Maez, and Margaret Martinez. He enjoyed teaching Native American history, making jewelry, beading, and world traveling. Surviving is his niece, Mabel Barber of Pagosa Springs, CO.
