Kathy Barba died at Aston Park Health Care Facility in Asheville, NC on July 17, 2020 at 12:12pm. She was known there for her sense of humor and heartwarming smile. She was born the daughter of Col. She played the flute, pan pipes, and drums. Kathy is survived by sisters Susan Tibbles of Anacortes, WA, Pam Shehane of Harrisonburg, VA, Yame of Weaverville, NC, and Marie Makela of Jewell, GA.
