Katherine Michele Marrow

Katherine Michele Marrow, 54, of Leicester, NC passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. Born December 8, 1969 in Scotland County, NC, she was a daughter of Marsha Clark Marrow of Asheville, NC and the late Eugene C. Marrow. She was true to her Baptist faith and loved spending time with her family. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her spouse, Armando Alcaraz of Leicester, NC; son, Brody William Alcaraz of Leicester, NC; siblings, Eric and his spouse, Lisa, of Asheville, NC, and Mandy and her spouse, David, of Asheville, NC; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Freedom Baptist Church, 50 Rice Road, Asheville, NC 28806 with Rev. Robert James and Rev. Harold Laflin officiating.  The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. The family would like to offer their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at both Advent Health and Mission Hospital for the care that they provided Mrs. Marrow.
