Kanda Starr Morrow

Kanda Starr Morrow, sixty-one, died May 4, 2025, at home in Marshall, North Carolina. Kanda was born December 18, 1963, to the late Robert Author Morrow, Sr., and Dorista Marie Wallin Morrow in Asheville, North Carolina.

Kanda worked as a truck driver. She enjoyed crafting, especially crochet and canvas work.

In addition to her parents, Kanda was preceded in death by her brother, Robert “Bobby” A. Morrow, Jr.

She is survived by her children, Joshua Keith Tweed (Ashlee) of Marshall, and Tracy Marie Tweed Smith (Joseph) of Newport, Tennessee; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
