Jeremy Ray Greer

Jeremy Ray Greer “Cab” to his friends, 41, of Asheville, NC passed away November 29, 2023 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.

Jeremy was born on May 24, 1982 in Wilkes County, NC. He is preceded in death by his brother, Alex Woodruff Cope.

Jeremy graduated from TC Roberson High School. He worked in forestry and construction. Jeremy loved gaming, spending time with family and friends, and debating.

Surviving Jeremy is his son, Sebastian Ray Greer of Mineral Bluff, GA; father, Kevin Ray Greer of Jefferson, NC; mother, Shelia Edwards Cope of Bermuda Run, NC; step brother, Travis Bare of Jefferson, NC; step mother, Phyllis Greer of Jefferson, NC; and step father, Mark W. Cope of Asheville, NC.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Asheville Area Alternative Funeral & Cremation Services with visitation starting at 1:30 PM.
