Jean Lorella (Haynes) Baltezore

Jean Lorella Haynes Baltezore, 94, of Brevard passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021, at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center in Asheville. Born April 21, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Theodore and Dorothy Haynes. She was employed by Belk for several years before retiring. Of her many hobbies, gardening and bird watching were her favorites. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her spouse, Allen Baltezore; son, Gregory James Baltezore; siblings, MaryLou Prinslow and Gordon Haynes. Surviving are her children, Cindy Edmundson and her spouse, Steve, of Raleigh, NC, and Timothy Baltezore of Brevard, NC; siblings: Homer Haynes and his spouse, Ann, of Sams Valley, OR, Jack Haynes of Tangent, OR, Gary Haynes of Sams Valley, OR, Jim Haynes and his spouse, Karen, of Rosebury, OR, and Pat Haynes-Townsend of Hillsboro, OR; grandchildren: Allen Baltezore and his spouse, Emma, of Wilmington, NC, Casey Baltezore of Raleigh, NC, Ryan Baltezore of Brevard, NC, Josh Johnston of Greenville, NC, and Camden Jacobs and her spouse, Tucker, of Charleston, SC; and great-grandchildren: Willow and Selah Baltezore. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Mack McCall Cemetery.
