On Monday, June 29th, the world lost a wonderful man and a better father. His dearest is filled with memories of his eccentric dancing, his passionate political stances, and his many smiles. He spent his time loving his daughters, making faces, making jokes, fishing, and admiring all members of the female gender. He traveled and spent multiple years serving our country within the Air Force. He spent his last years fighting illness after illness and never ceased to be the brave man we all cherished. His suffering was without end, but he never stopped being there for his most beloved. He loved not only driving his daughters crazy, but he loved playing chess, being right, drinking, taking selfies with newly made friends, camping, and standing strong on his beliefs. We know he is feeling strong and at peace for the first time in a long time. He was surrounded and held by his daughters, Angela and Kallie, and his life-long best friend, his ex-wife Jeri, as we helped him embark on his next adventure. We know his main regret would be not being available to vote Trump out of office. We will miss him terribly and inevitably, but he has blessed our futures, and many others, with memories that cannot be replaced. Bert is survived by his immediate family. Daughter, Angela Dawn Guzman and son-in-law, Steven Cox, his grandson, Ramon Nunez (Junior) and granddaughter, Sky, his daughter, Kathryn (Kallie) Alexandra Guzman. His mother Angela Torres Guzman. and brother, Raphael Guzman. He also leaves many and much-loved nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed.
