Ella Mae Lurlene Meagor, 88, of Weaverville passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center in Asheville. Born May 24, 1932 in Asheville, NC, she was a daughter of the late Jerome and Annie Ramsey. She was a member of Victory Fellowship Worship Center. She is preceded in death by her spouse, Bill Meagor. Surviving are her children; Linda M. Ramsey, David L. Harper, and Harry E. Harper; siblings; Irene Reynolds and James Ramsey; eight grandchildren; and many loving great-grandchildren.
