Dora Neal White

Dora Neal White, 72, of Asheville, NC, passed away January 28, 2025 at Mission Hospital in Asheville.

Dora was born in Adrian Michigan on October 16, 1952 to the late Ben Neal Jr. and Delarce Neal. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas White.

Dora worked as the Secretary of Maintenance for the Blue Ridge Parkway. Quilting, sewing, and gardening were the three things that brought Dora the most joy.

Surviving Dora is her daughter, Jaimi Chandler (Steve), Asheville, NC; son, Ben White of Asheville, NC; sisters, Lotti Finnegan (Barrie), MI, Bennita Gilson (Ric) of MI; brother, Ben David Neal (Robin) of MI; grandchildren, Ashley Campbell, Christy Campbell, Kaitlyn Campbell, Adam Campbell, Tomyrlin White, Vajrayana White, and Sage White, all of Asheville, NC and 9 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
