Casey Fitzgerald Anderson

Casey Fitzgerald Anderson, 33, of Wilmington and Asheville, NC passed away suddenly on September 13, 2024.

Born in Alexandria, VA on October 17, 1990, to Catherine and Ricardo Anderson, Casey was a beacon of kindness and love. His infectious smile and warm spirit drew people to him like moths to a flame. He had a unique ability to connect with others, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Casey was passionate about cooking, Supreme, Jordan’s, speaking Spanish, arts and culture, and sports.

Casey's love for his family was unwavering. He cherished his time with his partner, Nicholas Armstrong Jones, his parents, and his fur babies Grady and Paul. He also held a special place in his heart for his sister, Hillary Kenny, and her husband, Edward, his beloved nieces, Harper and Maeve, his grandmother, Delores Brown, and his aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Casey's premature passing has left a void in the hearts of those who loved him. He will be remembered for his generosity, his compassion, and his unwavering dedication to his family and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on 10/5/2024
