Carlene Burnette, 54, of Mars Hill, NC, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at her home.
Carlene was born in Buncombe County, NC, to the late Charles Edward Brown and Johnnie Lucille Roberts Rice. She was a strong outgoing woman that would help anyone in need.
Surviving Carlene are her sons, Robert Shane Burnette, Kyle Lance Burnette; sisters, Charlene Elrod of Fernandina Beach, FL, Joyce Blanken, of Hendersonville, NC, and Brenda Osteen, of Asheville, NC.
