Bessie Lou (Clubb) Inman

Candler, NC — Bessie Lou Clubb Inman, age 88, passed away peacefully at her residence on Dixon Terrace on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

Born on January 15, 1938, in Haywood County, North Carolina, Bessie was the beloved daughter of the late John Robert Clubb and Elsie Freeman. She went on to live a fulfilling life, dedicating many years of hard work to her career before retiring as a cable engineer.

Bessie was a woman of active interests and simple pleasures. She was a proud member of the YMCA and found great joy in the outdoors and the kitchen alike, particularly enjoying hiking, swimming, and baking her cherished cookies for family and friends.

Her legacy lives on through her loving family. She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Lee Osborn and her husband Jay, and Linda Marie Carson. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Sharon Eileen Inman, Crystal Marie Potetz, Larry Dale Carson Jr., Frank Anthony Carson, Geneva Carson, and Patrick Price. Her memory will further be cherished by her great-grandchildren, Erica Bryant, Vincent Carson, Dustin Lintz, Isiah Price, Jessica Williams, Rihanna Price, Jakob Westall, and Kaylan Carson.

Bessie will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
