Sandra Yvonne (Allison) Ramsey

Sandra Yvonne “Sandy” Allison Ramsey, 58, of Candler passed away on Friday, December 22, 2017. Born on September 19, 1959 in Salina, KS, she was the daughter of James and Ilene Wood Allison of Candler. She was a graduate of Enka High School class of 1977. Surviving are her spouse, James R. Ramsey; children, Jenny Pastsel and her spouse, David, of Germantown, MD and Paul Roberts and his spouse, Leah, of Mills River; grandchildren, Ryan Brody Pastsel of Germantown, MD and Luke Paul Roberts of Mills River; and stepchildren, Cheryl Ramsey and Jamie Ramsey.
