Roderick Lee (Rod) Miller

Roderick “Rod” Lee Miller, 57, the beloved son and brother was called home on Friday, May 4, 2018. Rod was a graduate of A.C. Reynolds High School, loved playing chess and fishing. He was a professional chef who worked at Asheville’s most prestigious restaurants. He had a passion for life and cherished his friendships and his fellow man. Surviving are his parents, Kathryn Miller of Asheville and Charles Miller of Hendersonville; sister, Kathy Bryce of Manning, Sc; brother, William Miller of Fairview; and many additional family members. Services will be held on Monday, May 7, 2018 at 6:00 PM at Refuge Ministries on St. John’s Road in Fletcher, NC.
