Robert Parris Obituary

Robert Todd Parris, 52, of Asheville passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at the John F. Keever Jr., Solace Center in Asheville, NC. Born May 3, 1966 in Columbia, SC, he was a son of Betty P. Parris of Asheville, NC and the late Robert E. Parris. He was a graduate of Irmo H.S. in Columbia, SC class of 1985, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Columbia, SC. He was an avid reader and a proud fan of U.S.C. Gamecocks sports. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Jason A. Parris and his spouse, Rhonda, of Alexander, NC; niece, Jade Sawyer-Parris; and nephew, Osiris Sawyer-Parris. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CarePartners Hospice, 68 Sweeten Creek Road, Asheville, NC 28803.
