Pamela Mary Wintle

Pamela Mary Wintle, 59, of Asheville went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 21,2019 at Memorial Mission Hospital.  
Pam was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on June 23,1960 to Anna DeRita and the late Richard Lewis DeRita.  She was preceded in death by her sister Debbie DeRita.  
Pam had resided in Buncombe County for the last 20 years and had made Asheville her home.  She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker.  Her outgoing personality made her loved by everyone she met.   
She is survived by her husband of 40 years Jim Wintle of the home; son, Jimmy Wintle and wife Kristi of Asheville; daughter, Kasha Wintle of Asheville; grandchildren, Taylor, Adam, Emily, and Zayne Wintle; great grandchild, Bailey Wintle; siblings, Richard DeRita of Margate, Florida, Rose DeRita of Asheville, Penny Massaro of Jupiter, Florida and Ramona Martin of Deerfield Beach Florida.  Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and life long friends.  
Celebration of life services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Riverside Baptist Church.  
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am at Riverside Baptist Church.
