John Ira White, 72, of Asheville passed away Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the CarePartners Solace Center in Asheville. John was born June 19, 1945 in Watertown, WI to the late Ira White and Dorothy Gustafson White. He graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. John was a lover of books, music, animals, and the outdoors. Surviving John is his loving wife, Belinda White; son, Brian White, of NY, NY, and daughter, Jennifer White, of Asheville, NC. A special thanks to the CarePartners Solace Center and Hospice Home Care for the extraordinary care and support provided to John and his family.
