Erwin Harrington Obituary

Erwin Robert Harrington, 68, of Haywood County, NC passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at his home. Born January 24, 1951 in Nuremberg, Germany, he was a son of the late Omer and Marga Harrington of Montpelier, OH. On June 14, 1986, he married Roberta J. Antrup in Montpelier, OH. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War, and was a long haul truck driver for over 40 years and retired in 2014. Some of his most enjoyable moments in life were watching NASCAR and spoiling his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Sunnie Dae Harrington. He is survived by his wife, Roberta Harrington; daughter, Audra Hoffman and her spouse, Pete; and grandchildren, Zander A. and Vivian J. Hoffman. A private celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
