Edna L. Deas passed away surrounded by family Monday, July 2, 2018 at the CarePartners Solace Center in Asheville, NC.
Edna is preceded in death by her father, Furman Deas; mother, Annie Mae Boatwright Deas, and grandson, Brock.
Surviving Edna is her husband, Homer Goodwin; children: Sandra, Allen, and Renee Goodwin; grandchildren: Sheena, Cari, Robbie, Megan, and Ryan; greatgrandchildren: Taylor, Dakota, Cheynee, Emily, and Brent.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the chapel of Asheville Area Alternative Funeral & Cremation Services. Chaplain Brian Williams and Sammy Nance will be officiating.
