Edith “Edie” Nina Fults also fondly known as Tootsie, 68, of Marion passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals in Asheville. Born April 21, 1950 in Watertown, NY, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Nina May Kingsley. She was a graduate of Watertown High School and retired from Morale Welfare and Recreation in Ft. Drum, NY. Some of her greatest enjoyments in life were bingo, visiting the casino, and people. She never seemed to know a stranger and played mother and grandmother to many outside of her biological family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Marjorie Bast. Surviving is her devoted spouse of 35 years, David Emory Fults: children, Peter Schroy and his spouse, Cheri, of Carthage, NY, Charles Hamm and his spouse, Jackie, of Marion, NC, Steve Hamm and his spouse, Bobbie Jo, of Marion, NC, Gregory Hamm and his spouse, Heather, of Mannsville, NY, and Kenneth Hamm and his spouse, Tammy, of Rodman, NY; siblings, Elizabeth “Betty” Schroy and her spouse, Robert, of Watertown, NY, Butch Kingsley and John Kingsley and his spouse, Patty, all of Pound, VA; and many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
