Charles Richard Farnham III

Charles Richard Farnham III, 61, of Mill Spring, NC passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 28, 2019. He was a loving husband of Deborah (Hall) Farnham to whom he was married 26 years and best friends for 36 years. He attended Words of Life Tabernacle, Arden. An Air Force Veteran, he was a Staff Sergeant last based in Elmendorf, AK. He was a great dad to his two cats, Lucy Marie, and Jazzer. A self-taught Bible scholar, he is described as a "Bible-eater" who loved to study its Hebrew Roots. He loved the Lord. Rick was well-loved, outgoing and always laughing. He never met a stranger and will be missed by those whose lives he touched. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at noon at Words of Life Tabernacle Cemetery with Pastor Carl Bishop officiating. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 4:00 PM at Words of Life Tabernacle Church with a diner to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jail and Prison Ministries of which Rick was so passionate.
