Alan Jerome Norris

Alan Jerome Norris, age 63, passed away after a long illness on Friday April 13th, 2018. A native of Asheville, he worked most of his life in construction, and most recently he worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific as a repair technician. He never knew a stranger, loved wood working, camping and outdoors. But most of all, he loved his family deeply.

He is preceeded in death by his parents Frank and Margaret (Atkins) Norris and sister, Wanda Garren.

He is survived by his wife Cindy Norris. Daughters Carla Barnett (David), Casey Norris (Blake). Granddaughters Alexis Barnett (Kenny) and Shelby Barnett (Elliott). Great Grandson Colton Bishop. Step Sons Bejamin and Jacob. And Step Daughter Leanna(Doug). Brother Gary Norris and Sister Karen Griffin. Nieces and Nephews Steven Griffin (Savannah), Kendra Griffin, Kevin Griffin (Jamie), Weston Norris (Sandra), Melody Garren (Brandon) Heather Lebreche(Matthew),Allison Garren (Enrique), Joanna Garren.

Service for Alan will be held
