I am so very sorry for the loss of Bill, or Billy Boy as I knew him. I will always remember him giving me a ride on his motorcycle when he was at his sister Ellen's house for a family gathering - it was great fun and I felt safe with him. When the ride was finished he gave me a hug and a big smile. He was laughing and having such a good time giving rides on his bike that day. That is a memory I will always hold dear. RIP Billy Boy and may the light of God and his smile shine eternally on you as you ride forever on smoothly paved roads.

Thank you for sharing that story, Pop was the ONLY one I felt safe with. His smile melts my heart every time... I'm thankful to have pictures of him smiling and enjoying his grandchildren.

Dear Family
I loved Bill like an older brother, Steve and I shared a lot of laughs with him and his hair raising stories. So many times he fixed our cars and would refuse to take money. It touched me so much when I saw his name on Steve's guestbook at his funeral. I know it took a lot of effort to do that as weak as he was. I wanted to call him and tell him thanks but, I knew I would just cry. I can't wait until that wonderful reunion in heaven with Steve , Bo, and Bill and many others. He loved all his family and always showed it. I remember he always told me he loved me. May God bless all of you and give you comfort in the days ahead. I hope to attend his service . Your POPS was a GREAT man and danced to the beat of his own drum but, had a soft kind heart. Love Marlene Ratcliff
