Shannon Robinson Mead

Shannon Robinson Mead, 41, of Asheville passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the John F. Keever Jr., Solace Center in Asheville. Born on August 14, 1976 in Asheville, she was the daughter of Mack E. and Becky Robinson. She was a graduate of T.C. Roberson H.S. class of 1994, and was a member of Family of Faith Fellowship in Arden. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Glenn Pruitt, Ethel Robinson, and Mack C. Robinson. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Zachary and Nicholas Dollinger both of Asheville; step son, Nathan Dollinger and his wife, Ashley, of Asheville; and grandmother, Martha Pruitt of Arden. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the Family of Faith Fellowship with Rev. James King officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Asheville Area Alternative, 702 Riverside Drive, Asheville, NC 28801 to assist the family final expenses.
