David Bruce Notestine

David Bruce Notestine, 68, of Franklin, NC, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Wendall and Dorothy Meade Notestine; and his brother, Steven Notestine. David is survived by his loving wife, Gail Elizabeth Jankowski Notestine; sons, Paul Notestine, and wife Lynda Michelle, of Universal City, TX, Jason Notestine, and wife Sarah, of San Antonio, TX; daughter Tracie Martin, of Franklin, NC; sister, Carol Tinney, and husband Michael, of Waco, TX; brother, Thomas Notestine, of Boerne, TX; granddaughters, Ashlyn Notestine, of Universal City, TX, Katelyn Notestine, of San Antonio, TX; and grandson, Mason Notestine, of Universal City, TX.

David was a watch maker, jeweler, entrepreneur, and collector of hobbies. No services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Jude’s Wounded Warrior Project, or the Chris Kyle Foundation in his name.
